Woodbridge Terrace Apartments

Great but.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Good things to know: The layout is very good as compared to others.. e.g. Hidden valley..Clover leaf... 1. Super is really helpful & co-operative. 2. Safety - Ok,never heard of any crime. People who live in apartments leave the Safety door open..thats not the problem of Mgmt... 3. Bus service to Metropark. 4. Swimmin Pool and Tennis court: good. 5. neighbourhood complexes are good and standard of leaving is high.. 6. Woodbridge Mall is one step away from you :) 7. Staple, Toys-R-Us, OfficeDepot, wallmart etc... are in range of 5 miles... 8. Oak tree - 2.2 miles 9. Spacious and clean apartments..Atleast I got fully furnished.... 10. You get Pantry, Very good kitchen space, Linens closet, and sufficient bedroom closets... Bad things to know before you rent: 1. Noise from your neighbours - sometimes.If they speak loud and you are in restroom..yes you can hear them very clearly.. 2. Disturbance from neighbours - if you are unlucky --then forget it... *********** 3. Noise from Center Drive Traffic : this scares hell out of you.... if you rent the apartment along side of Woodbridge Center Drive then your life is f'd up :) you can sleep only when your f'ng tired....You can not open the patio door, windows....no fun. *********** 4. No washer dryer in the unit and the one in complex is not safe.... I feel very unsafe while in Laundromat... Things you should not expect while you are in NJ (Edison, Woodbridge, Isline, Metuchen) 1. Middlesex management worst. Dont expect how they should behave with you.. This area is in high demand and Middlesex property is dominant...so forget this part..if you are lucky then you dont need to talk to them.... So, If you want to rent then look for the one which is not alng Woodbridge Center drive... Look for one which is far off the streets...away from Woodbridge Center drive......... Anyways..in NJ - Edison, Woodbridge, Isline, Metuchen - this area : Your apartment is near by NJTP, GSP, Route1/9 etc... you are leaving your life on the highways...sometimes I feel to get out of this area and some quite place...but you are bound to your job :))))
