When I moved in the only thing replaced was the carpet. The kitchen is very small and needs to be updated. The washer and dryer are very loud and small. The washer (when on the rinse cycle) is so off balanced it moves about two inches forward, banging the walls on both sides. One month after being in the apartment the air conditioner motor blew and we had to call the fire company (smoke was everywhere). During the summer months we had insects that looked like fruit flies, we complained and spoke with maintenance and we were told they came from brown bags (we have no brown bags).

The bathroom sink was painted before we moved in. The tub was painted as well but the tub has seen its last days. Every time we clean the tub paint comes off, everything we shower, paint comes off. I hate the tub, it is disguising.

We had to go one month without internet service and cable because this apartment's cable wires were damaged some how.

I suggest if you want to move here because it is a townhouse and it does have a washer and dryer (no matter how small or old they are) see if you can have a walk through the apartment you will be renting before you sign on the dotted line.

Also, I suggest you make sure your apartment has parking in front of your location. The management here allows tenants to keep old abandoned cars in parking spaces needed by other tenants.

A few tenants also experienced caps being stolen from their tires (not the regular caps, but the caps that are especially purchased).

In the winter, the upstairs get hot, and the downstairs is cold (the front door is not properly instulated).
