I have been in red bank run for nearly three years now, I am quite content on the building.. Inside is a little "Update Needed" but I feel comfortable in my apartment. Not many places offer washer and dryers that actually work, but the equipment is shoved into a small linen closet and you cant open the top of the washer in most places. Parking is in front of the building you live in except for like 2 buildings near red bank ave, Maintenance is compitant, and kind, no problems with them.
Looked at other apartments in area, Red Bank Run was more updated looking than Kingswick and Forrest Creek was ungodly expensive. I think I enjoy living in Red Bank Run, Wish they had a pool still.. Ours is filled in with dirt and cement from my understanding after moving here in 2002
