CONS vs pros 2009

Years at this apartment: 2008-01-01 - 2009-01-01

CONS: the air conditioning does not work upstairs, the windows do not open downstairs, washer/dryer are very old, dishwasher does not properly clean, the building themselves are old and falling apart, groups of kids in the middle of the street at all times, second bedroom is extremely small, bathroom/kitchen are very small & bathroom is upstairs, quality of water is terrible (comes out white).

pros: great parking, right next to 295, friendly neighborhood, good shower water pressure.

Overall: This place is livable for about a year; not a bad price considering gas is paid for. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
