Red Bank Run: 2009 Review

I have had no problems living in RBR.
Staff: The staff and maintenance is extremely helpful and responsive. Toilet clogged one time and it was fixed in hours. Shower head pressure was a bit low when we moved in and it was replaced the next day. On call 24 hours
Aesthetics: It's kept up and that's about it. The bushes in front of some units could use a trim more often, but it's a townhouse complex with lots of asphalt for parking.
Location: 2 seconds (literally) from 295. Close to Deptford Mall and several other shopping centers. There are also two convenience stores within 2 minutes.
Townhouse
Living Room: Moved in to brand new carpeting throughout the townhouse so I can't complain with that. The living room / dining room isn't expansive, but it has plenty of room.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a narrow hallway with appliances and cabinets lining either side. It's very small but if you don't do a lot of cooking, it'll work fine. However, the whole kitchen can use an update to the 2000's from the 70's.
Bathroom: It's a bathroom. Two vanities on either side of a large mirror and a decent amount of counter space. Our floor could use a little remodeling though.
Bedrooms: Master has HUGE walk in closet and tons of space, but the small bedroom is SMALL. It has a decent sized closet, but still, it's good for one person only. Carpeting was new throughout the b/r's as well so that was good.
Overall I like RBR. It's pretty quiet most of the time and no one really bothers you. There is a apt sized washer/dryer, they would hold about 1/3 - 1/2 your normal load, but it's better than going to a laundromat. The a/c upstairs is a little weak, but I still had no problems sleeping at night in the summers. Insulation is thin, but with free gas, you can crank the heat in the winter and you won't notice it.

Not all buildings have gas and this place is horrible.. The older buildings have electric and your bill will run have your rent... Staff is terrible and they all should be fired!!!!!
