Larger studio apartment was very sunny and welcoming. Kitchen could use updating, but was adequate. Laundry room was close and clean. Overall it was the best value for the $$ in the area, especially when you factored in saftey and convenience.

Biggest complaint' Water bill via Studebaker submetering -- total ripoff. Even when paid in advance, they assessed a $2.00 per month admin fee. Average water bill was $28 plus the fee. Luckily PSE&G doesn't add on admin fees for their services!
