I have been here for two years and had nothing but problems. my air conditioner hasn't worked properly since i moved in. they had a "specialist" who installed the air conditioners come in and look at our unit. he said that the a/c was too small for my apartment and it needed to be removed and a new one put in place. he told the office and they did nothing. when the new management came in, and i told them that they haven't fixed the a/c, the receptionist, that was there last year, told me that they have no record of that guy coming. they had the maintenance come over and they said it was fine. if it was fine why would i have a $450.00 electric bill and my a/c was at 78 too. i also have a washer/dryer in my unit and the heat from the dryer stays in my apartment, so that kicks my a/c to turn on. they told me that they couldn't fix it until my downstairs tenants move out. why would they need to move out if you are taking it and making a hole into the roof'

You were actually lucky enough to get a washer and a dryer in your apartment meaning you never had the terror of using the rat hole infested, hotter than hell in the summer laundry room.. The second they put up a sign that there was washer and dryers in unit available I jumped at the chance but was told I had to wait till the people downstairs moved out and they had been there for like 7 years. Happily they moved out a few months ago but I literally had to beg them to put one in. They charge an extra $40.00 a month for the washer yet they were acting like they are doing me a favor by installing it. I can't wait to see if it works let alone how small it must be. I am sure the electricity will go up astronomically.. The new management really are all inexperienced and over worked. The old management was much nicer.
