We moved in almost a year ago and can't wait until out lease is up. Nothing we were promised ever materialized. The sample apartments look great and we were told that our apartment would be redone and "like brand new", a new apartment was not what we moved into, but that is not our biggest complaint. The management has no respect of the tenants time. They constantly put notes on our door that they have to enter our apartment for some reason or other the next day and then never show. A few days later the same thing will happen again, until a week or two later they finally enter for what ever they needed to do. We have cats and need to be home when they enter to ensure they don't get out, requiring us to rearrange our schedules until they decide to show up.

I totally agree. The management company is ridiculous in this regard. They put a note on my door during the day saying that they were replacing my windows. At 8 oclock the NEXT MORNING. Since I don't get home until 7 or 8 at night, this gave me no time to figure out what I was going to do with my cats. I don't trust any window guy to be vigilant about making sure they didn't plummet to their death. And it never happened that day. It was 4 or 5 days later. Same thing when they went to paint the doors and deck (Black! WHY?!). Note on my door the night before saying they were painting them and then would be leaving my door wide open all day until it dried. Seriously? I had to lock my cats in the bathroom for 3 days before they finally showed up. I came home for lunch that day and it was true, the door was wide open. Anybody and their mother could have walked into my apartment and done/took whatever they wanted. They KILL me with this stuff.
