We just moved in a month ago. It seems like a nice place. The 2 times we needed maintenance to come out, they were somewhat slow. The parking lot of our building could use more light. It is very dark near the wooded area. The washer and dryer are TOO small. They belong in a travel camper. It takes 90 minutes to dry 2 bath towels and you can't wash more then 3-4 towels at a time. Did I mention they are TOO small'The kitchen has all new cabinets and "wood" floors, same with the bathroom. master bedroom has a big walk-in closet. Bathtub is smaller than normal. The units have only 30 gallon water heaters, so don's take too long - it runs out very fast. Forget about filling the bathtub for children. Everything in the unit is electric; heat, hot water, & oven. You pay all utilities; water & electric. We haven't gotten a bill yet. Some of the repairs from previous years are pretty bad, ecspecially in the bathroom. Next to the new sink they taped the gap in the wall where the old sink sat. It was painted over but not spackled. It feels like you can push your finger through it. There is a spot on the kitchen floor where it feels like a sink-hole. The closet doors fall off their tracks every day. The kitchen sink is very shallow, you can't fit much in it, at least it has a hose. I'll update if anything changes.
