I love it here so far! I haven't had any problems here. I've been a resident for 2 years. I urge you to come and experience for yourself. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. The buildings were just painted and the property is georgeous. I couldn't be happier!

I lived at Stonybrook for 4yrs. All there was is issues with plumbing, electric, rats and finding food in my tub. The sample apartment looks great, but wait until you move in your apartment! The apartments are so old and never well maintained! I would not recommend

Very disgusted!
I just moved into stonybrook about 3mths ago and I'm starting to see that all they want is money. My electric bill is outrageous 400.00 dollars. Let's not add on a water bill every month of 40 dlrs. overall good value for area Larger studio apartment was very sunny and welcoming. Kitchen could use updating, but was adequate. Laundry room was close and clean. Overall it was the best value for the $$ in the area, especially when you factored in saftey and convenience.

Love This Place The neighborhood is very safe. I have been here 4 years and have only had a few problems but they solved them pretty quick. In fact I like it here so much that when i got a job in princeton I decided to stay here and commute 50 miles a day. The apartment is huge and spacious. Yes
