Don't move in there if you can avoid it !! From: katie32kate@hotmail.com Date posted: 4/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   These people are not honest. They do not obey the laws of NJ, and will do whatever they can think of to cheat you at every turn. I have a lawsuit against them now. They thought that since I was moving to FLorida they could just keep my money and get away with it !! The place is a mess... they take weeks to respond to any maintenance issue and in some cases never come back to fix the problem. The office girl doesn't do what she says she will, and it very rude! Make very sure you get everything in writing and signed by her... she will say or do anything without ever coming thru. Every thing from putting the deposit into an account required by the law to abeying the law that allows for 5 business days in the grace period is just ignored by them. Even returning the deposit it ignored. They really think that they are above the law. Avoid these people or you will have no end of hassels from them during and after your stay.
