Maple Court Apartments

Not that bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived here for two years and have had no problem with management or my apartment. They are outdated and have no wahers and dryers, but I knew this when I moved in. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and seem to watch out for you. Our new landloard Carlos is awesome. If something happens to be wrong he will ensure it gets taken care of ASAP. We have recieved answers to any questions about our water or gas bill ASAP. That would have to be my only complaint are the "extra" bills. Our average water bill is over fifty a month and we barely run our dishwasher. And the gas bill is outrageous, but not managements fault at all. I have loved living here and will miss management and neighborhood when I leave. PS. Parking does suck.
