I like living at Las Ventanas. I have been here about 8 months and I have noticed that it is much more modern than anywhere else in town. It is well kept up and the front office staff seems to be on top of things.
I personally have not noticed any problems with dogs. There a few dogs that live in my building but they have not caused me any problems.
Overall, I would give Las Ventanas a good recommendation.
