I caught the manager riffling though someone's mail that was delivered outside of their apartment. That is a federal offense! She is also very rude and inconsiderate of residents that have lived here longer than she has worked here. It seems she only wanted to deal with the movie stars that lived here instead of the hardworking individuals that have lived here forever. Management is questionable.

Tina is very great though! Courteous and actually shows love and care toward her tenets.

Apartments on the bottom floor are very noisy from upstairs neighbors. Huge problem with cockroaches and spiders. No matter how much they spray they are everywhere. Roof was leaking, air conditioner went on the fritz for a week...automatically cooled my apartment to 55 degrees for a week straight.

The view is nice and the grounds are kept up well. It is one of the nicest apartments in Alamogordo but dealing with management may not be worth the view!
