On the fence about this one - There is good and bad. The maintenance is AWFUL. A new company has recently bought it, and they are trying to get it up to code. Of course, even that is badly done. They had to install electric breakers for the kitchen - the kind that trip if something gets wet. When they couldn't get that to work, they just put them at a nearby outlet instead.
