we are a married couple and moved in here looking for a safe place to live. Safe it is, but it is also very expensive. There are other apt complexes nearby where the rent is about half of here, and they are just as safe. So check them out first. But it is a nice place here.

The apt. itself is very small, but it does have a washer/dryer in the unit which is a plus. The parking lot is full if you come in late at night. You would have to pay extra for a covered spot. The spots are very small too, so your doors will get banged up. They also raised our rent after one year, but the staff is nice. I don't see why anyone would have problems with them.
