During every major rainfall (lasting more than about 15 minutes) the master bedroom roof always leaked, sometimes allowing collection of 5 gallons of water or more in the heaviest storms. After each incidence of leak, the roof has been attempted to be "repaired". Internally, they do a good job, but this is pointless if the outside is not fixed.
The staff have been nice-ish about this, but have been ineffective at actually listening to the resident about possible locations where the water gets in and have obvviously not been able to resolve the problem.
If it were not for this problem, it would be a great apartment, albeit a little on teh expensive side for Albuquerque.
