My husband and I moved into Allegro thinking along the lines that many do "You get what you pay for" so when the price of rent was brought up even though we thought it seemed a little too overpriced we decided it would be worth it as long as we got some peace and quite. Not a month after living the person below us decided that it would be fun to play his raido at all hours of the day and night, it would get so loud we could feel the floor vibrating beneath our feet. We would call to complain and the first few times it was taken care of, then eventually management just quit worrying about it and pretty much ignored us. This place is also full of quite a few party animals, about 4 times now my husband and I have had to call the police because people have been throwing parties well into the early morning hours. After the party in the morning we find beer bottles and caps everywhere. Parking is also ridiculous if you work late dont plan on parking anywhere near your apartment, in fact you will have to park all the way on the other side of the lot. The parking spaces that could be available are taken up by people with massive SUV's and trucks that take up 2 parking spaces just by their size alone. If you're looking for a good apartment dont come to allegro, (we are just waiting for our lease to end so we can get out of here as quick as we can)however if you're looking for a place where you can party all night, drink beer and break the bottles anywhere you want, and never have to worry about management handling it then this is definatley the place for you.
