The maintenance people are great, but the management is one of the worst I've found. They were very buddy-buddy, but also very ineffective as far as taking care of the needs of tenants. WHen I moved out, I never heard anythign about a refund. I was there for less than a month - I broke my contract, and didn't get a deposit back. I'm a very responsible person, so there was no mess to clean up - I'd barely moved in.

Anyway - read your contract carefully and don't expect to get money back. There's something funny going on there. I agree that the conditions are much less than they originally appear. You'd be better off at Riverwalk near Corrales or Oak Tree Park Apts - I've lived in both and they are GREAT. VERY professional staff - which makes a huge difference. Huge.

Yes, read your contract. Good advice. Although most would say is just common sense. Duh.
