Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
I lived at Allegro for 4 years under 4 different managers. When I moved in here, these were top notch apartments under top management (Ana). Soon after she left the place degraded terribly. Now Gail is in charge and things are shaping back up, but very slowly.
Unfortunately, they are still charging top notch prices. You can get more for your money elsewhere.
Also, don't expect any favors from these people. Once upon a time, I could count on the management office for anything, but those days are over.
