To be honest, I don't live there. My friend Ian does. He works there too. And I'm trying to get in with them. I'd love to live there. The grounds are so immaculately maintained. The staff is friendly and warm. The tenants always seem happy. People leave their patio furniture, bikes, etc. outside, unlocked...I mean it's a great area. The view is absolutely amazing, especially the sunsets. Everything about this place is fantastic. Talk about a nice living experience. I see the way they treat my friend and the way he lives, and I'm totally jealous! The manager Gail is really nice and the maintenance/grounds supervisor Richard is considered the best at what he does. Maintenance jumps on issues immediately. Who wouldn't want to live here' There's nothing wrong with this place.

PS-I live in the Entrada Pointe apartments, where they NEVER fix anything. They wait for the seasons to change so they don't have to fix the heater or swamp cooler. Literally.
