Don't live there

This place is awful and dangerous. The police were there frequently for drugs and domestic violence. I recommend doing some inquiries with the police department before considering this place any further. Management is very poor, very incompetent. In about a 3 month span towards the end of 2006, the fire alarms were set off 3 times. The alarms are outside and on all the building and very loud. It too 1 1/2 hours for someone to come and shut them off, as the alarm switch is located inside the office and not accesible to the fire department. When we left there in December of '06, no emergency contact information was listed on the office door or windows.
Laundry room requires special tokens only available inside the office. Over Thanksgiving holiday 2006, the office was closed for 5 days, so you're hard pressed to do laundry during that time if you don't have a cache of tokens.
When we moved in, carpets were stained in several spots. Still, company kept most of our deposit because we didn't steam clean. Make that all of our deposit. Supposedly we're supposed to get $7 back, but still haven't received this after almost 4 months.
It's a horrendous, depressing place. Don't live there.
