1st off let me say that this is the worst apartment we have every lived in. Crime happens all day, everyday, your sure to see cops about 2 times each day. Something broke in your apt' good luck getting help, the 2 ladies that work in the office don t care. they are most likely having a party in the office with all of their families. every time u go into the office 9 kids are running around, the boss lady is kicking back hanging out with friends and family, drinking beer. but that s if your lucky to even see them. they leave the officer 2-3 hours early everyday.

got a complaint about them' try calling their boss. you wont get no answer (tried for 2 months) and u cant even leave a message cause the mailbox is full (wonder why). if your looking for a place to rip you off, with high crime, no customer service what so ever. and just plain rude employees. then this is the place for you. As far as Maintenance goes, I would not know, the office will never get them to help you. To sum to all up, if they could get some employees that know what work is. things might get better. but as it is now 8/4/2008 their employees would rather party and watch their kids while they should be working.

In my opinion this place is actually a steal for the price and area it is located in. I lived here for almost 2 years and couldn't have been happier. The manager rented to me and is still employed there which to me says she is doing something right! Any time I ever needed help they were always very helpful to me. If it is true that they were drinking beer and partying in the office why wouldn't you have called the police?? Overall I would recommend this place. Great price for what is offered.
