The Service is AWFUL!

I've lived at the Alvarado for some time, in the Spring of 2002, the old frieldly apartment staff was replaced with a new office staff who are rude, condescending, and completely unwilling to help the residents in any way.
There are lights out, broken gates, and other structural problems all over the complex that have been broken for months.
The Alvarado Apartments are expesnive, much more expensive than other apartments around Albuquerque, and you get nothing but frustration for that extra money.
Do yourself a favor. DO NOT live there.
