I've lived at these apartments for about 5-6 months now, and they're not too bad. They're pretty expensive (I pay $400 for my studio..) but they have some pretty cool features (Nice pool, jacuzzi, laundry, fitness center, office center w/ printer and modem) and the administration is cool. Also, all of my neighbors are really cool about noise, I'm in college and have maybe 5-10 people over often and I've never gotten a single complaint from neighbors. The parking isn't usually a problem, and it's gated with really good lighting, but there still have been breakins and vandalism to some extent. The apartment is nice, and the studio has a little "room" divider and a nice big bathroom. It does seem to remind me of a hotel for some reason though, which I consider something of a bad thing. My main complaint is that the administration has threatened to kick me out several times for what I consider minor infractions... I had a table and some boxes outside my house, but under a stairway where nobody would see it unless they looked, and they threatened to evict me, also I went on vacation for a week and came back with 2 notices and 1 threat of eviction for a $28 water bill which I was unaware I owed them... so they are a little ---- about their policies. Not a bad place though, and a lot better than my first one, Highland Park apartments.. that place is straight ghetto. Oh another gripe is that the application fee was $50 (twice the norm) and I had to pay $100 because I had a cosigner, and the damage deposit was like $300 too I think.
