I lived at alvarado for about a year, Ive since moved out because i purchased a home.
I have to say i disagree with the negative comments former residents have expressed,(they probably were evicted and just upset). I have had nothing but good experiences with the office staff, they were always courtious and helpful and maintenance was always prompt and efficient if i had a problem in my apartment. I would definately recommend this place!
