I'm within walking distance of work, restaurants and entertainment. No traffic hassles. The staff is great. Neighbors are pleasant. It is a gated and nicely maintained community. I have a nice view of the pool and spa, and the fitness room is close by. On the other hand, my apartment location is a hike away from the laundry area and the nearest parking is on the opposite side of the adjacent building. Overall, I'd recommend these apartments.
