I have lived there for almost two years and I have never had any problems. The two bedroom apartments are big and spacious. The place is well kept and clean. The maintence staff will repond in the same day. Its a very convient location for catching the Rapid Ride bus or other public transportation. Never felt danger in the apartment complex. There is fire station next door and the Flying Star Cafe is across the street. Walking distance to bars. My car has never been damaged.
