This place is absolutely horrible. Upon first moving in there was a number of things wrong with my apartment, only a few of which were ever actually fixed. The pipes were badly installed so they made a large amount of noise all the time. We lost sleep for two months before the maintenance staff even addressed the issue. The windows and screens were so covered in lime and residue they couldn't be seen out of and the staff refused to replace the windows even though we were promised that they would be replaced. While the carpet looked good when we walked through the apartment, somehow the carpet got stains near the door before we moved in. The cabinets are barely holding on to the wall, The dishwasher broke down twice in a month. The door lock barely works. Today actually it is stuck so I am trapped in my apartment as we speak. The alarm doesn't work, nor does the smoke detector but my requests for these to be fixed has never been answered. During one of the many times something needed to be fixed one of the "friendly" maintenance workers left the door open and my cat got out and was gone for two days. When I complained to the office staff, they said "next time you'll know to lock him up." And the great security staff does nothing to make sure that the parking lot is safe. In the last few months, three cars have been stolen from the lot and mostly because half of the time, the gate breaks down and is left open for a few months at a time. It's obvious that it's just a parking lot for downtown as Friday and Saturday night, I cannot even find a place to park in my own apartment. There is nothing good about this complex and I would not even recommend this place to people I hate. If you are going to get an apartment spend more than 200 dollars month less and get a nice one.
