Overall really bad apartment..

1. Very unkind office staff..
Their favorite word is "It's out of our responsibility.."

2. Very bad air conditioning...

3. Bad neighborhood..
-some people repair their car at parking lot. It makes a lot of noise... Even kids is running around, but parents don't care about it.

4. Inspite of that, rent is higher than any other apartment compairing to their service.
