most of my life I have lived in neighberhoods much worse than this one but I never had to pay so much to live in them. the rent which went up in the middel of our lease to $730.00 for a two bedroom was ridiculos for that much I should not be living in a nighborhood where the nieghbors fights can be heard perfectly in my home, I hear gun shots, none of the matnice that ive requested from the office has even been attemted,the hallway smells like meth, has drunks and crackheads in the parking lot at most times there are no fire extinguishers in the buildings,(the last time i checked there has been an empty 40oz of old english where the extinguiser should be and this hasnt been corrected for months) and with in the first week of moving in a man was jumped and brutally beat in front of my building. and dont worry they do have secutity wich spends more time harrasing the tennants then keeping the complex safe. my best advice with dealing with them is if you are a minority (mainly hispanic or black)avoid them at all cost you will get questioned like an international terrorist if they catch you walking to your mail box. the staff is also horible I fear that a good amount of them do not even have an elementry school education and most of them have serious mental disabilitys. my best advice is stay away from here you can rent a nicer apartment for much less if you shop around and you wont have to deal with the expensive slums known as the arioso.
