Substandard apartments. You don't even want to live here. You can bet you'll be charged for paint and carpet when you move out even though they weren't replaced before you moved in. Lousy lighting, inconsistent heating and cooling, but if you like watching cops, fire department, and ambulances maybe you'll like it here. I forgot to mention gangsters, drugs, and the ever-present thump of boom cars.

I lived here from June 2000 to June 2001, and I had the same problems. In fact, I had a "Mystery Illness" while living here, and almost died! I was sick for 6 months, hospitalized twice. Turns out it was TOXIC MOLD SYNDROME. My apartment was literally killing me, and the management would do nothing to fix the problem. Then, when I tried to break my lease, they threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay. I'm not suprised that it hasn't changed one bit. DON'T MOVE HERE!
