I lived at this dump of an apartment complex for about 1 & 1/2 years; each and every day was a challenge! The walls are paper-thin, you can hear everything your neighbors do & say. There was always someone running up & down the hallways; kids out and about after 10pm on school nights. Visitors come & beat on the neighbors doors at all hours for hours on end; people are always screaming & yelling at each other. Between the music from the neighbors & cars outside it was never quiet. The hallways are always filthy and there is trash & dogsh__ outside that is never cleaned up. Within a span of about 2 weeks, 5 cars got broken into and my car was hit. Maintenance' Good luck with that! The wiring was shorting out in my apartment and it took 2-3 visits from maintenance to get anything fixed. The AC wasn't turned on until the middle of May last year, it was roasting inside!! The office staff is inept, property mgr R is a jerk. If you don't get a receipt when paying rent, count on them considering it paid late! And don't plan on getting ANY of your deposits back when you leave, they'll bill you for every penny! Please, look elsewhere before you rent here!!

I agree with you 99% on this review! The only thing I disagree with is: I would not even have rated them as highly as you did, but you were obviously trying to be fair. You are SO right about the office staff...although you were nice when you used the word 'inept'. I would have said they are ALL IDIOTS! Well, I guess I just said it! And believe me, they are!

Looks like the summer of 2008 will be a hot one for current and future residents. Mid-May and still no cooling.

I lived there for 3 years, it was like paradise. Exotic creatures roaming around, nice calm waterfalls in the hallways, and sometimes right in your kitchen. Last summer we got to enjoy the NM heat inside the apartment till the end of july.....agh...good times!
