Mold, leaking, etc.

I am attempting to vacate Arioso with a 15 day notice due to a reoccuring mold issue within my bedroom/bathroom wall. The mold is black! I have leaks in my kitchen that go into an electrical outlet. Management is attempting to make be obligated for a full month's rent as I am not giving 30 day notice. i contacteed the office a total of 10 times regarding the mold. I cited mold and leaks as reason to vacate (by the way, i'm out of my lease) and they are still threatening collections and court actions. I am attempting to collect statements from any willing parties should I need to go to court, please e-mail me if interested. rmwp14@gmail.com
