Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The neighbors and not all that friendly and the average opinion is that this is not the best place. You feel trapped. The office staff is VERY rude and they have a few unlawful (no joke) rules. Oh and I also have a neighbor that is a drug dealer.
