The staff at this residence for the exception of Destiny are very unhelpful and seem not to give a damn if you are in need of assistance or hesitate and do not want to listen to you. Lora is hateful and acts like she is the best. Well Lora, you are not!!! Destiny should be the manager because she knows what customer service is and is compassionate and understanding.
