I have lived here for 3 years and have recently seen a good improvement in the office people and the maintenance. the office people are friendly and listen to us and the mainenance guy (martin') seems to take care of stuff fast now too. I like the new manager CJ.

I think it's so funny that someone else wrote a review concerning CJ. That woman is disgusting! I too have heard the vulgar things she says in the office and the way she flirts with her staff. That woman has no respect for herself or others. I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about the things she says. I am a CHRISTIAN and know that the good LORD will SMITE her down one day for that raunchy mouth that is attached to that nasty woman.

I dont really deal with CJ. But when we were trying to get our apartment paper work situated she was helpful enough. I however find it weird that you would be around her enough to know what kind of person she is... and as a christian, why would your name be latindream? It sounds cocky and like a dating website name. Or Rico Suave.
