Pool is green, internet cafe? a JOKE

Reading the positive reviews on this website leads me to believe only one thing, they are written by the mgmt.

I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone considering moving here to walk the grounds W/O a staff member (who will take you on a very short walk to the one bedroom model which is steps from the office) and you will not see what is REALLY going on here.

Plants all dying or dead - and not replaced.

Dirty parking lots, cigarette buts EVERYWHERE (just look outside some of the first floor balconies - I dare you), broken down cars parked for months in spaces that could be and are desperately needed by the tenants (look out side bldg 10 - the lofts).

Constant overflowing trash bins.

And don't even get me started on the pools.

Sure they would be awesome if they ever cleaned them.

The design is great, resort like even , but I don't care what the design is if the water is GREEN and you get slime stuck to bottom of your feet if you are brave enough to get in.

The pools should be surrounded by a biohazard warning sign.

I can't believe people let their kids in there - it's only a matter of time until all of them get sick, if they haven't already.

In addition to the pools themselves not being cleaned, the pool area is really gross (and I'm not an ---- clean freak that will never be satisfied).

Cigarettes, gum, sunflower seeds, band aids laying all over.

I'm not kidding.

And, so you know I am not a "so-called resident", go look at the plants in the pots that surround the pool.

They are all, you guessed it, DEAD! If you don't live on the top floor - get ready for noise like someone is stomping around with cement shoes on above you.

I know when my upstairs neighbor walks from the bedroom to the bathroom to the kitchen and on and on - and he's not a big guy! I wish I were exaggerating, because I still have a long lease left here.

Oh yeah, and the internet cafe? Both computers broken and not working.

My guess is to save from fixing them or actually investing in a service to keep them up and running, they'll pull them out like they did the tanning bed and send stupid fliers around saying they found out computers are bad for our health and isn't that oh so nice of them to protect us like that? Give me a break.

They should take out the pop machine too if they are that concerned about our health! Pop will rot the tenants teeth! And don't stop there, might as well close the pools too because I'm sure there is a study about the staggering number of drowning deaths in the US every year - and I can't think of anything worse for your health than drowning, can you? And the basketball court? Seriously, take it from someone who has learned the hard way - go walk the grounds on your own - stop ANY tenant and ask them how they like living here.

Ask them about how soundproof their apt.

is.

Ask them how often the pool is closed, or if it is always green like that.

Ask them if maintenance fixes problems in a timely manner.

Ask them about parking.

Ask them how much those stupid carports cost per month to rent.

Ask them if they'd recommend this place to a friend.

Ask them if the office staff is friendly and helpful.

Do the research and make up your own mind.
