I have lived in The Aspens for 1 year and I can provide some Highlights and Lowlights for the place.
On the highlights, many of the facilities are better than other apartments provide: the Gym is quite good, the pools are OK, the playground is great for kids (in summer lots of kids go there to have fun). It is quite close to the shopping centers and it is quiet as it is not located in a main street.

On the lowlights, administration is slow to respond. Customer orientation is not high, although the person in charge of the maintenance does a good job once you contact him. Some areas (in the rear apartments) seem to have poor maintenance. During an unusual rainy season this year, 20 apartments flooded once, and the owner did not respond quickly enough to prevent a SECOND flooding from happening. This is the major lowlight I saw: the owner and administration are not quick enough to respond in this kind of situations.
