I have lived here only 7 months and it's been the worst 7 months of my life.
Nothing but problems since I signed on.
If you request repairs, they are done in substandard fashion.
I have mold in my apartment, their "repair" was a draft stopper on my window sil.
My thermostat has been replaced twice and I still have no heat in the winter.
People come into my apartment without prior notice, and last time left keys in my door.
I've been trying to get out of my lease and their idea of fixing the situation was replacing the locks.

I have lived at the Aspens for quite some time and I have never had any problems. It seems to me that if for some reason keys were left in your door, and the apartment complex replaced the locks, then that does take care of the problem. Keys left in your door is not a good thing, and I don't know the circumstances (but I bet it was an honest mistake) but by replacing the locks then your apartment is once more safe. Also, I know a little bit about maintenance and putting a strip in your window for the moisture is a pretty good fix. Have you sprayed your window with bleach? That usually does the trick. It sounds like you just want out of your lease and are thinking up ways to get around it.
