Find out for yourself, but this was my experience

I do not know where to start with this place...
1) They are not honest up front. We were misinformed about everything we asked about even though we talked to all the people who work there just to make sure.
2) The employees there do not know what they are doing. How do you work there and not know what you are doing by now'
3) They wanted us to pay a ridiculous high deposit. We were getting ripped off!
4) Gave us the run around on our applications.
5) Took 3 WEEKS to process applications, even though we were told it takes no more than 15 mins to do.
6) NOT VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE, need new employees who know their job, well.

With all of this said, NOT WORTH LIVING THERE
Lost some good potential renters

Hmmmm... watch out for anyone who writes things like this. I used to work for the Aspens and Cottonwood Ranch Apts and KNOW that their employees respond to the reviews (My property manager asked me to a couple of times), posing as renters. No one that has ever dealt with Aspens staff would NEVER say they think the staff does their jobs well. This is especially apparent with the staff turnover, due to poor training and moral. So, overall, if anyone reads the "real" reviews of this community... they would be crazy to live in any of these properties.

If you are implying I am a leaser at Cottonwood or Aspen, you are wrong. I just happen to be a resident who is actually happy. I know my neighbors are happy as well. They too think the staff does a find job. And I don't know what you mean about turnover, whenever I have a work order, it is the same couple of guys who take care of me, and I always see the same two girls in the office...Maria I think is one. I think it is sad though that you would bad mouth your ex-co-workers.
