We lived here for a year and a month, near the swimming pool, clubhouse. Great apartment, very spacious and new - we loved it. Neighbors above had two kids that were loud, always sounded like they were moving furniture. Great apartment, but the staff was either always new or unknowledgable about specific needs. They finally upgraded the gym-fitness center because they only had 4 pieces of equipment. We had a neighbor seriously walk into our apartment right after we got home and was all drugged up, scared us so bad, locked ourselves in the bedroom and when he was occupied we ran out, he went through our cupboards, everything - it was your worst nightmare....called the police he was arrested. Found out the guy lived RIGHT next door, but thought our apartment was his. The complex didnt kick him out or evict him and their option was for US to move to another apartment! It was outrageous and we cancelled our lease early and left. They even tried to make us pay a cancellation fee! After a letter and arguing, they agreed and let us break our agreement free and clear. Everything was great until the end. Lighting is bad though and I honestly felt unsafe, especially after the guy walked in my apartment. Also a bit overpriced.
