I have one word to describe the owners and managers of this place--greedy! These might be the most over-priced, cheaply built apartments in town. I am not exaggerating when I say that I could here my neighbor snoring and coughing from the master bedroom.I lived there for two years, and I probably did not get a decent night's sleep the entire time. I actually had to wear ear plugs at night. The manager there is extremely moody, so don't even bother approaching her unless she is in a decent mood. Furthermore, take lots and lots of pictures when you move in because they will charge you for every little thing when you move out (even drip pans)! Don't be fooled into thinking that the non-refundable damage deposit that you pay when you move in is anything of the sort! IT IS NOT A DAMAGE DEPOSIT! It is, in fact, a non-refundable fee that they will keep and they will not use it towards damages, but instead,will use it to line their greedy little pockets. Also, if you have a pet, they will not charge you a pet damage deposit like reasonable places do, but they will actually charge you a non-refundable rent every month for your pet just to have the distinguished honor of living there.If your pet leaves so much as a scratch on the wall, that is an extra charge on top of everything else. Okay, on the plus side, the maintenance guy was great at fixing anything minor; the managers would not give him authorization to fix anything major. In other words, if your washer breaks down, you are SOL! Also, there is an alarm in the apartment, which is a plus. I am now renting a house in the same area for about the same price, and I am much happier. If you are thinking about renting at this place, renter beware!
