These aparments are very small for thier price honestly. The constantly have water bug problems that they choose to ignore. The staff is nice but when you have a problem they quikly dissmiss you. They con you out of your lease earlier but expect you to pay when your not even living there and also they take your deposit, no questions asked. So if your hoping to rent a total waste of money , go for it.The parking really sucks , and the security is exstremely ignorant.

I have lived here at Cinnamon Tree for over 3 years. I have not had any problems here. I love the landscaping, it's very beautiful. The office staff is very pleasent and helpful. Maintenance gets workorders done right away. As far as roaches go, I have seen MAYBE four throughout my stay. They spray my apartment every couple of months and if I need extra they just add me on when I call. I think for this area and as big as the community is, you get what you pay for and I feel very safe here. I had my car broken into but don't blame the staff or community. I also got my car broken into while I was in church services on the North side of town, so it can happen anywhere. And from what I got from the residents that have been here for much longer, they have said since that bar next door was shut down it has gotten a lot better. Cinnamon Tree is off Central so I don't know what you expect to see OUTSIDE the gates but police, but I don't feel that it follows onto property too much. All in all, I enjoy the community and plan on staying at least for the mean time.
