I moved to cottonwood ranch little over two years ago. From the very first day I could see that there would be problems. The apartment that I had leased was also leased out to two other parties. I thought that this was really wierd and a little disorganized, but I proceeded thinking things would get better and that its probably just me.

In the last 2 years I have recieved 4 late payment notices due to a "minor computer glitches". Once the issue is cleared up and apologies are made they still want a penalty fee paid. Its like OH!! we are so sorry we made a mistake , but do you mind paying the late fee. OH!! I'm sorry again I guess you wouldnt have been late if we didnt misplace your check.

If you have a maitenece problem, forget about it. You will have more satisfaction just taking care of it yourself.

The mangement appears to be a bunch of high school drop outs that are dumber than ---- and incompentant as hell. They havent grown up enough to be concerned with anything outside of thier self centered world.

Parking sucks, the garages and and car port seem to be nagotiated with no set rates

would I recomenend '''' NO WAY!!!! no one deserves this kind of treatment. Every experiance feels like a punishment.
