Poor Management!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
We've had many problems with management here. Especially when we first moved in. Make sure you get everything in writing when they tell you something. They say they have 24 hour security but its really a guy that comes by when he fills like it. Cottonwood doesn't pay him, he makes his money off booting your car. So guess how easy it is to have your car booted.
