I've lived here for a year and a half now, and things are only getting worse. I keep having stuff break, and maintenance takes forever to get around to looking at the problem, let alone fixing it. The management at the office has been changed twice since I moved in, and each time they get worse and worse. Essentially, I pay a lot of money to live in a complex run by incompetent people, with inconsiderate, noisy neighbors. That's another thing, the quality of people they are allowing to move in has decreased rapidly, and is still falling.

As for the condition of the apartments, don't expect peace and quiet. The walls don't keep any noise out. I can hear the people above me walking around, and the people below me slamming doors 24/7. Also, if anyone is standing outside in the parking area, or on the stairs, I can hear that too. The windows are not weather proofed, so they leak cold air during the winter, and they rattle in high winds. They also don't keep noise out. The people that live below me like to sit out on their porch until all hours of the morning making enough noise to wake the dead. In short, there is no place in that whole apartment where I can find peace and quiet from the outside world! I'm so fed up, I have started looking for a house, and will be moving as soon as I can.
