Living here was supposed to be a "Resort Community" experience! Well, if this is what it?s like at a Resort, count me out! Management is AWFUL! Crime (car theft, burglary, etc. etc.) is high without enforced security. Crime goes unreported to the people of the apartment community (I guess you have to experience it yourself to know about it, which I found out the hard way!). Our friends won?t even come over because they?re afraid their stuff will get stolen at Cotton "Hood" Ranch! Apartment shabby: stove barely works, bathroom pipe leaks, carpet tears easily, cabinets broken, windows extremely drafty, walls thin (can hear neighbors conversing, walking across the room, punishing their children, etc.), etc. etc. Tried to report crime and maintenance problems to management, they didn?t care. False fire alarm goes off every other week, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning and even on the weekends. Parking horrible. If you arrive after 8 PM, don?t expect to park anywhere near your apartment. Awful place to live. AVOID THIS PLACE!
