Our family has lived at CottonWood for 3 years. Normally I would not take the time to post my thoughts like this but when I read what others had written, I felt I had to set the record straight.

First of all, the location is the best. It is directly across the street from the CottonWood Mall and we often walk over there for dinner, to see a movie or shop. It?s fun for us as a family not to have to drive everywhere.

The grounds are extremely lush. We even have two huge pine trees right in front of our apartment! Plus there is a very large kiddy play area with slides and chutes and things for the kids to climb and all surrounded by a large sandbox. The evenings are lovely here in the summer in Albuquerque and we spend a lot of time at the play area and at in their swimming pools. The pool area really is as nice a one as you can imagine.

As for our apartment, we live in a 3 bedroom and it is well laid out. The 3rd bedroom is a bit small but fine for our needs. We often have friends over from church and 3 of them, after seeing our place have moved in and become our neighbors. I think that says a lot about what a nice place this is to live.
