My wife and I have lived at CottonWood Ranch for almost 3 years now. We still cannot get over how much less it is to live here than our former apartment in California. CottonWood Ranch is a lovely place to live - especially if you love nature and beautiful grounds. We are right across from the new Mall and all the restuarants and shopping anyone could ever ask for but once we are home, it's like we live in a mountain resort - beautiful pine trees everywhere.

Our apartment is very roomy, with large windows in every room. I cook a lot and really appreciate the gas range - a real rarity these days in apartment living.

The complex is mananged nicely and kept up immaculately. Our nieghbors are lovely and have become close friends. If there are any negatives it's that it seems this place is often full and parking can be a problem (no available space directly in front of your apartment) if you don't rent a carport. We do and we rent a garage here which is much cheaper than a storage locker at a storage rental place.

We are also glad we settled on the Westside. Everything is new here. Best Buys, Home Depot, Wallmart SuperCenter, etc., etc. It's amazing how much shopping is so close by - and it's all brand new. The Eastside of Albuquerque is ok but most of it is old (and not charming old, either.

We are very happy here at CottonWood Ranch Apartments. I am sure you will be too!
